Access You may ask us to do the following:

You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal data.

Deletion You may ask us to delete your personal data, but only if:

it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected; or

after a successful objection procedure (see “Objection” below); or
the data has been processed unlawfully; or
in order to comply with our legal obligations.
We are not obliged to comply with your request to delete your personal data if the processing of your personal data is necessary
for compliance with a legal obligation; or
For the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
There are certain other circumstances in which we are not required to comply with your request for erasure, although these two circumstances are the most likely circumstances in which we would deny that request

Restriction You may ask us to restrict (i.e., store but not use) your personal information, but only if:

the processing is unlawful but you do not want it to be erased, or
the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, but we still need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or
